Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 December 2025
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of letcoaching.com, LetCoaching applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by LetCoaching ("we", "us", or "our"), a Micro enterprise registered under India's Udyam scheme, with its registered address at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to open an Educator account. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You must provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorised use.
2. Platform and role of LetCoaching
LetCoaching provides website-building, course hosting, secure video delivery, live-class, learner-management, reporting, custom-domain, and payment-integration features. Features depend on the selected plan and may change; for a material reduction to a paid feature, we will give reasonable prior notice where practicable.
LetCoaching supplies technology to educators, coaches, and institutes ("Educators"). A Student's purchase of an Educator's course is a contract between that Student and the Educator unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout. The Educator is responsible for its course description, suitability, delivery, support, refunds, invoices, taxes, and related legal obligations.
The Platform may offer AI-assisted tools, such as suggested website or course content generated from your prompts. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable as provided; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving it before publishing or relying on it.
3. Plans, payments, cancellation, and refunds
Plan prices, billing intervals, included features (including any course, student, or storage limits), and promotional terms are shown at checkout or on the Pricing page. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled, and we will provide advance notice of recurring debits through our payment gateway where required by RBI or other applicable regulation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly promised in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial-period refunds are not given.
LetCoaching does not charge a commission on an Educator's course sales except where a commission or other limit applies under the Educator's selected plan, as shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Payment-gateway charges are separate. Educators are responsible for applicable GST and other taxes on their sales. Refunds for an Educator's course fees are governed by that Educator's own refund policy, not by LetCoaching.
4. Educator content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you upload ("Educator Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, display, and back up it only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Platform.
You are responsible for your content and relationship with Students. You must ensure your content, marketing, pricing, course claims, privacy notice, consent collection, refunds, and conduct comply with applicable law and do not infringe rights or contain unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or abusive material.
You agree to indemnify and hold LetCoaching harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Educator Content, your courses, your tax or refund practices, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
5. Students and minors
Educators must publish their own course terms, refund policy, and privacy notice where required. They are the primary contact for course questions, complaints, and personal-data requests relating to their courses. An Educator offering services to children must obtain verifiable parental or lawful guardian consent and comply with applicable child-data, education, and safety laws.
6. Domains, third parties, and content protection
For a custom domain, you confirm that you own or are authorised to use it and are responsible for renewal and DNS configuration. Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. We may use reasonable security and DRM measures, but no measure can guarantee that content will never be copied, recorded, or redistributed.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security risk, rights infringement, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You should export data before closing an account.
8. Intellectual property
LetCoaching and its licensors own the Platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, other than Educator Content. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform except where law does not permit that restriction. To report alleged rights infringement, email hello@letcoaching.com with the material location and sufficient details to investigate.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee course sales, learner outcomes, uninterrupted service, or absolute security. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law, dispute resolution, and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum available to you, the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@letcoaching.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet, power, or payment-gateway outages, natural disasters, or government action. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; you may not assign your account or these Terms without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan or order details shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and LetCoaching regarding the Platform.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for changes in law, the Platform, or our business. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
